We know families are formed in different ways, and we want to be there to support the growth of yours. In the U.S., we proudly offer an adoption and surrogacy reimbursement program. In the U.S. and Canada, we offer six weeks of paid parental leave to moms, dads, and/or domestic partners for the care of their newborn. We offer the same if a child joins the family through adoption or foster care. Parents have the option to take all six weeks consecutively, or create their own schedule based on a work-life balance that meets their family’s needs. This benefit may also be combined with other leave of absence benefits we offer.
